Do I have to pay annually?

Your site subscription purchase comes backed by our service. We work hard to continually add new features, important security updates, and provide customer support.

When you buy the annual subscription for a Kiwi site, an annual subscription will automatically be created. Your subscription will be renewed every 12 months. The ongoing payment covers our continued development of the platform to add new features, fix any bugs, etc. It also covers ongoing support in using the site.

You’ll be charged automatically once a year, and we’ll send an email to remind you before this happens. You can, of course, cancel any time.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you keep your subscription active, the price for renewing each year will never increase

– even if we increase our prices in future. If you cancel your subscription then you will have to renew manually at the current price, which may be higher than you currently pay.

You can cancel your subscription at any point so that no further payments will be taken. You can easily do this as follows:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to ‘Account’ on the left admin menu.
  3. Go to ‘Danger Zone’ section.
  4. Click the ‘Cancel Membership’ button and follow the instructions provided.

If I cancel my subscription, can I keep using the site?

You can cancel your subscription at any time so that no further payments are taken.

If you cancel the subscription, then you can continue using the site. You will continue receiving support until your current billing period expires. For example, if you bought or renewed your subscription on 1st February then the support will continue until 31st January the following year.
